Absolutely loved it, had to order a cake for my friend, the selection was plentiful, the ordering process was seamless and delivery as stipulated. My friend was pleased with the looks and taste of it. Will continue to buy from them on future occasions.

First the positive, the cake was very tasty and everyone who had a piece said how delicious it was so that's why the 3 stars. What annoyed me was how it looked (nothing like the picture) and crushed a little bit. What got me was the p*@s poor excuse when you call to complain. "It's our delivery partners fault and not our responsibility once it leaves" is not an acceptable response, and a bit of a cop out. Its your responsibility untill it arrives to me. You chose who delivers it, you package it. Take some pride in your products and take responsibility for how your cakes arrive to your customers.

Great customer service, everyone was really nice from the person I ordered with to the driver. Cake looked stunning and tasted absolutely delicious!

Saved the day when I was let down a week before my Daughter's Birthday! Delivered on the day it was expected, lots of compliments and super yummy. Definitely recommend!
