Very disappointed with the Halford garage Wembley, I booked Mot with them for 11:00 am when I reached their one of the staff member mention I am late as the MOT was booked for 8:30 which I didnt and also I have got confirmation of email which clearly says 11 am. As I am Halfords member I was not supposed to pay Mot charged but he forced me to pay that I didnt follow the correct timing. He was very rude and arrogant and wasnt trying to listen to me and was showing its my fault for missing the appointment .
