        Extremely pushy customer service, you can't get through the door without them being onto you, I only go in if I definitely need to buy something as they will not allow you to browse peacefully at all.

I had not planned to buy anything at this visit, but your assuring ways and true commitment in The Body Shop gave me much confidence to buy the "new range" of products. Kudos to you and The Body Shop at the Wembley Outlet!

        Products and offer was good. The poor rating is for the bad customer service. There was one lady who responded angrily and so annoyed during billing. Felt it as racism.

        My girlfriend and I visited this store to grab a few essentials since we were just moving in. Politely declined signing up for a membership (several times) as we were in a rush; elderly sales staff rather unprofessionally sighed and handed us our purchase without a word (we said thank you because thats generally the decent thing to do). Cmon guys you can do better than that
