EVERYTHING IS A LIE!!! Let me explain. The agent told us that all communal spaces can be privately booked for free- if by free she meant 50-100 per hour then she was telling the truth . They say you can connect your phone to the communal spaces speakers to listen to your music but thats another scam as the speakers they have DO NOT WORK and the management proudly admits it and does nothing about it. Your flat cannot exceed 24 Celcius in terms of heating as that is the limit set by the management team for some reason ( double checked and confirmed by the maintenance team). Maintenance issues will occur every week as everything in the flat is cheap and the buildings seem to have been built in a rush-again that was confirmed by the maintenance team that have told us that there can not be permanent solution to our problems- There is no internet connection every other day and you cannot install your own router in your flat(very upsetting if you are working from home). Your difficult maintenance issues will be put in the system as resolved without being looked at as management doesnt want to spend money to fix them(broken window glass and blocked shower for over a year). Your parcels can be hit, moved and stolen by anybody as the management teams prefers tenants to fight over them between them rather than finding a solution to this themselves. Fixtures that used to be offered to you for free are now being charged for(working spaces, bbqs). The management teams response to 99% of your issues is: sorry, we cant do anything about it. Theres no point of you being there if you dont have answers for the residents issues. To sum it all up, you can find places 10x better for the price that you pay for in Quintain living.
