    ZERO STAR IF THERE WAS ONE!! DO NOT STAY THERE! Former resident, moved out two months ago, there is 400 pounds deducted from my bank account every month, I emailed the issue, no one replied back in a month. I called today, the team member was sooooo rude and horrible!!!!! They are supposed to help, but they are absolutely useless. All they can say is : there is nothing we can do, wait for the email! ?? !!! If you replied my email, why am I still calling?? There is also a cleaning deduction from the deposit, which makes absolutely no sense, I hired a professional cleaning team to clean my apartment before I moved out which I have proof. and I still got a 180 pounds deduction.

    AVOID. We have lived here and have had near constant issues. The hallways always smell like garbage due to the waste chutes almost always being broken and Quintain has made no real attempt to solve this issue for the 1.5 years we've lived here. The internet connection is absolutely atrocious and is always dropping or being unusably slow and the support from either Quintain or the ISP "Glide" have been very little help. We have had on-and-off issues for our entire tenancy so far. We've had our emails & tickets completely ignored by Quintain for weeks just for them to be marked as solved/closed on the app with no reply. They've also overcharged us on our monthly payment before and took a long time to get back to us. Overall the building looks nice, but Quintain as a company is absolutely horrible. Look anywhere else.

    Weve been living here a little over a year now. We have had constant issues with the garbage chutes always being down, causing foul odors to be in the hallway (the chutes are right across from our door), we have had four separate occasions where the water cut out in our building, 3 of which times we heard nothing from the residents team and when we called to ask what was happening we were met with snarky attitudes and nothing of any real help was given to us. We had to investigate ourselves to find out the issue. Maintenance teams take weeks to answer our requests. If you email the residents team dont expect a reply unless you repeatedly follow up with them at least three times before someone gets in touch with you. We have had nonstop issues with the wifi, which we are no longer allowed to have our own separate wifi. We constantly need to call glide because our password stops working and very few weeks. The only upside is the location and view. We do have a lovely view of wembley stadium from our flat and it is easily accessible to central London.

    For the past six months, from March to September, me and my four flatmates were staying in one of quintain living's buildings. There were a few warning signs we should have seen and ran away from ever staying here, but our options were limited at the time. Here are a few just to warn you: 1. We were searching homes in January and found quintain, so we booked a viewing. D'ella was the agent who was showing us the rooms with another guy. She rushed through showing us the rooms and also told us the buildings had air-conditioning, which they did not. 2. We decide to take quintain and settle on everything finally almost signing the contract. 10 days before our move date D'ella calls us to inform of the "mistake" she has made and tells us we have to pay a 45% increase on the rent instead of the 10% we were told. -That event ended after we wrote a review and they agreed to give us the price we were promised. Edit: ACTUALLY... they also placated us with a gift card to the local outlet BUT... It took them two months after moving in to actually give us the card, which we had to ask for many times through email and calls. The last issues take place when we've already moved out: 4. They send us the inventory check for the wrong room and after multiple emails from us they only answer with automated emails telling us to review the check. 5. They send us multiple emails to pay our outstanding bills for the electricity, which we do once they clarify it (takes about a month because again they don't answer the multiple emails we have sent) 6. It has been two months and they have not sent an inventory check or returned our deposit. Conclusion: Please don't stay with them. From our experience, the agents just tell you a bunch of lies and try to change the price so close to the date of moving. The team that you need to contact after you move out is always unresponsive. I would have never wanted to write this review about them if it wasn't for this past two months trying to deal with them.
