The biggest problem here is the mail room. The deliverer would just randomly place the items on the shelf and the security takes no responsibility of them - they dont help to sort the items and make sure they are not placed on the wrong shelf after the deliverer has left. When I ask them for help on a missing parcel, they were not willing to help at all and their attitudes were really unacceptable. All they told me was Unfortunately you just have to go to the other floors shelf and check the parcel one by one.

The biggest problem of this building is the noise. During the daytime, the construction site can get very loud. You can hear them even with a noise cancellation headphone. And in the evening, the dogs bark so loud in the pet garden downstairs, and I've witnessed people shouting to the dog owners from their balcony to ask their dogs to shut up. I'm totally ok with dogs, in fact, my family has two dogs(Not in this building), but it seems like there are always some dog owners who don't know how to respect other residents. Therefore I can't recommend this building to anyone who is looking for a peaceful place to live.
