The receptionists and most people working in Quintain are nice and friendly. However, the building itself has many problems and the Quintain Living this company is very sneaky. We had been hearing really loud noise from the pipe since we moved in until we moved out the problem was still there. This noise normally start during the midnight and it would wake me up, which caused serious sleeping problem for me in many nights! I can also smell the strong cooking from the neighbor, even the windows are closed. We think its probably also came from the pipe. Quintain living company is very sneaky that they never consolidate the overcharged energy bills even though we sent emails and called for more than 10 times! They returned our deposit after we constantly called for few months and delayed the repayment of deposit for 5months! If you could find other choice, dont stay with this company!

I was initially happy with Quintain, but when I left, the deposit was (as per the contract) due to be discussed and returned within 10 days. 20 days after I departed I received a form where Quintain charged 228 for a cleaning fee + 71 for re-painting. There were minimal scratches of paint, but the apartment was left clean with no other damage. There is absolutely no logic behind this fee, other than Quintain looking for an opportunity to exploit tenants and the deposit scheme. For the record, apartments are cleaned by their in-house team, so Quintain will incur no extra costs for this cleaning fee.

Poor Property Management Structure: - Residents' Parcel Room: While it's convenient to have 24/7 concierge who accepts parcel for all residents and store in the room, there is practically no way to stop others from stealing your parcel. Often times, parcels are misplaced and you will spend at least 5-10 minutes looking for it. - Maintenance: This is by far the worst system in place at Quintain Living, in my opinion. You log a report on the app, then, a handyman will supposedly come to fix the problem. Except, there is no way for you to know if it's fixed or not, unless you come home and check it, because Quintain Living will not inform you. They would literally close the report and that's done for them. I have never once been informed of a visit, and what was the cause of the issue, since I have lived there. - Poor Quality of room for the cost: My room since day 1 had a horrible sewage-like stench from bathroom, which spread to bedroom and living room. I had to chase them everyday to fix this issue, and demanded to know what caused it. Without a fail, they would close the issue and deemed it fixed, even if it was not. Luckily, I have not been getting the same stench for around 2 months now. Although, I was NEVER informed on what happened and if it is fixed. Since day 1, my radiators also never worked, which of course was not very visible during summer, but as temperature hits -4, and I cannot heat my room up, it became clear. The units get luke-warm at best and although the thermometer says room temperature is 20.5 degrees, it was not. The worst thing is that my bill has still been going up and up while gas was not even heating up at all. This is such a waste of money considering the energy bill cost right now. They still have not fixed this issue. Accounts: I am paying advance rent 6 monthly, and accounting team has not even contacted me once regarding second payment. I have even emailed them asking how am I supposed to pay (as last time was an online link, not bank details). Nothing back from them. This is so confusing.. Please QL Ferrum, if you see these. Help me out and let's improve. Thank you.

They force you to use their Internet service, without any other options, promising speeds like 1 Gbps, for an extra charge. And what you get is sloppy Internet with 100 Mbps max, when it works that is. Most of the time, your devices get dropped randomly and will not connect back. When you ask for support, they make-up technical reasons as to why the latest Macbook pro cannot get speeds more than 100 Mbps.
