        Horrendous, there are people coming into our building and using, damaging, stealing from our common spaces and packages all the time because we have no reception.

        We have so much regret living in here. We strongly believe that was one of the biggest mistakes to have a long contract with them when you are just stuck with this building and Quintain with so many problems. We would not want to pay for 3 month's rent to break the contracts for free either. We are just stuck ... Ive been super depressed ( by nonstop noise, rude neighbors and terrible service etc ) I would never recommend Quintain to anyone.
