They are not serious at all, book an appointment on Tuesday for Saturday morning, they told that engineer will call during the week to confirm If 10 or 11 am visit. No one call. I call them on Friday to double check and they told me that an engineer will call.me between 8:30 /9:00 , obviously no one call me. Call the office at 8:45th and Bryan told me that engineer will Call before 9, no phone call at all. Call them again and they told me that someone call Carlos will call me in 5 min..... after 1 hour I call them back and a girl answer this time telling me that they will call me or attend me between 3 to 5pm....... this is by far the worst service experience tha I ever received in UK
