Claire is the most horrendous despicable abrupt person I have come across.
Throwing my returns item across the counter like a spoilt child and stomping off .
Claire said the item was wrongly sold to me by a staff member that he wasnt qualified or licensed to sell me animal medicine.
I only asked to exchange the medicine for the correct one.
Not that they are bothered about customers but I will NEVER EVER cross that door again.
