Carla has done a real great job at providing a comfortable space for mums to come and be themselves. It can be really daunting joining a new group but as soon as I arrived I felt at ease and found it was a space where we could share, laugh and not worry about what our babies needed to do whether that be changing, feeding or screaming! Aesthetically, a lot of effort had gone into making it a beautiful space, arranged in a semi circle so it felt more intimate, with toys to occupy baby and a booklet of all the massage moves to help follow along. The massage content was brilliant, very clearly explained with reasons and adaptations for if baby wanted to sit up. Quite often, my baby would sleep really well after the class. We also did a session on how to adapt tummy time for babies who don't like it. Carla always started the class with a bit for the mums to help us feel relaxed and in the space, and always finished the class with a lovely poem about motherhood that would often leave half of us welling up! We also received a lovely welcome pack when we first joined that was well thought out and a nice extra. The final week we shared cakes, tea and had photos with our babies. Carla must have done a good job of making a comfortable environment as we are all still meeting up as mums from the group which I feel was facilitated by Carla setting up a WhatsApp group and being so friendly and open with us all. I'm already booked onto the follow on class and will look forward to more Rosy+Cheeks classes in the future!

So much thought goes into these amazing classes for the benefit not only for babies but also mamas too
