My son has just been and got food, he got me some poppidoms and they were supposed to have mango and red onions but that wasn't in the bag. The poppidoms are rubbery and cold certainly not fresh. I take it your busy as its the lamplighter parade, but surely that should mean the food should be fresher,. You forgot his chips until he came back, but didn't realise my items were missing until he got home. When you place an order you expect it to complete.

Waited a hour for my food open what I should of got was char grilled chicken instead I got a box of undercooked chicken still red and bloody in side. Called the takeaway was all apologetic and was told to expect a replacement waited a further hour called back for attitude on the phone and told were busy and your in a que will not be ordering from tbis take away ever again
