        I was looking to replace a firebrick set for my stove. It turned out that the base bricks (which are moulded so impossible to replicate elsewhere) were obsolete. Carol at Bowland Stoves really went the extra mile communicating with the manufacturer to find a solution - I now have an alternative which will give me years more use of the stove. Helpful, prompt and efficient 5 stars!

        Quick delivery and communication. Bought the stove wax melt burner and it even come with some wax melt which I thought was a lovely personal touch. Would definitely use again.
