Dazone PT

Working with Darren has been hard work but very enjoyable and I always leave a 1:1 session with a massive smile on my face. He listened and fully understood my personal goals and pushed me to not only achieve my personal target but to set further targets. Darren has made me believe in myself more that I could ever do and he has made me achieve my goals in very short time periods. I never thought I could run , let alone enjoy running 5k. Darren makes what you think is an impossible task, possible!

I have been doing circuit classes with Dazone for a while now, my fitness has increased considerably , have lost weight and inches. The classes are fun as well challenging, Darren will guide you through the session professionally and will answer any questions you have. I have felt more positive mentally and physically after doing Darren's classes. Dont hesitate in joining.

I started running with Darren back in October, due to issues with my knees I had the stop that, but miss it so much. Darren was very supportive, and the group was very friendly. I am now having PT sessions with Darren, only done a couple, so far, but before I even started Darren took into account the diffulties I am having with my knees and devised my program taking that into consideration. I would definitely recommend Darren, either in a group class or as a PT, you will be looked after.
