I cannot thank Hayley enough for getting us the mortgage amount we needed after our previous broker said it wasnt possible! Our hopes & dreams about owning our first home were shattered from our previous broker, until this shining star named Hayley spoke to me. She said it will be no problem at all, stop worrying. From that day on, my mind was at ease, i turned negative thoughts into positive ones! Yes we can actually do this. Within a week from the first phone call we had applied for a mortgage. As the weeks went by, Hayley & Sam were so patient with me, as i am very impatient, gave me plenty of updates along the way. A few weeks later, we had a mortgage offer and we accepted. So truly grateful for Hayley been introduced to me, i would never go anywhere else. She even dealt with the solicitor who was also recommended by her. Been first time buyers and not a clue what to do, between Hayley & the solicitor they sorted everything. Thank you sooooooo much. Xx

Hayley was amazing very helpful from start to finish. Hayley sorted the morgage very quickly and answered any questions straight away. Would recommend Hayley to anyone lookking for a new morgage

For our second move now we used Hayley Janes who is with Reach4 and she was fantastic. So helpful and always willing to answer any queries. Even if we had questions that were a little out of her remit, she was always willing to try and find an answer for us. We thank her so much for all of her help.

We used a broker at this company called Hayley Janes, she was absolutely amazing throughout the whole mortgage process. We couldn't have done it with out her.
