Bought 5kg on their most expensive meat (sirloin on the rib) for my aged father turning up, turned up with 3kg and upon asking why it was 3kg the van driver said Im confused, in fairness he rang his superior they said there had been a mistake and they would bring 5kg of it tomorrow. Dont like writing bad reviews as I am all for small businesses but this incompetence was a huge disappointment from a business with genuinely nice people working for them who we normally havent had problems with.
