        Stay well clear of this place the manager is the most ignorant, disrespectful prat, full of lies! had my truck now for months no feedback what so ever, just some some young guy on phone as cannon fodder, coward, If you cant control the place resign.

        Absolutely disgusted with my experience today. Have been taking our Vitos (4) there for all the required servicing since 2018 and their level of service keeps getting worse each visit. Poor communication and they always miss things out and blame it on staff coverage. I will be writing a letter of complaint to Daimler as I have a list of things which I've been let down with at Intercounty Toddington. The management need to conduct an immediate and urgent review of this location. I will not visit Intercounty Toddington again.
