        I am a frequent shopper of the works and I purchase products from all branches near the Milton Keynes area including Dunstable works branch. Today I had to locate a product (high quantity order) and the manager of this branch was super helpful and followed my request though. I cant fault any of the staff across all three branches but I felt I had to share the level of customer service received today i this branch was awesome. Much better than the other purple craft shop they need to learn from the works on customer service. I would recommend this craft shop 100 percent

        The member of staff with the pink hair is very polite, helpful and friendly, excellent service. They have a decent range of craft items, toys and books, and even helium balloons.
