It's a shame there isn't a zero star rating! The hygiene standards are probably the worst I have every experienced! I vomited from the stench coming from the toilet. Honestly there was a member of the cleaning team spraying something to try and cover the smell which to be honest just made it worst. He was mopping with a dirty mop the experience was beyond terrible.

At least 20% of people dont wear masks here. The law is not enforced. Extremely disappointed.

Worst KFC in the world I hope the management read this ! The kitchen had a load of staff most of them looking around bemused and confused. The supervisor was snapping at everyone at the front of house and they looked stressed! I asked May I order the mega box please and have a piece of breast chicken? Yes no problem thanks and it added to the receipt Box is prepared and its thigh when I open it up. Request a change to what I ordered and the guy doesnt know what a breast looks like so the supervisor explains to him and 30 seconds later he says we havent got any. With a look of tough look mate off you go. Customer service zero Product knowledge zero Limp Chips Plus side the hot wings and gravy tasted great. My advice Back to the training room with the entire team and get a decent manager that leads the team properly .
