Canopy arrived quickly. But the video instructions were old and had not been updated. Thus 10mm holes were drilled and plugs inserted. Wrong, they should have been 8mm according to a different set of instructions. Company remedy was to insert 10mm thunder bolts. Wrong again as steel brackets were predrilled 8mm holes. A mess. In the end had to get a builder to put the canopy up. He had to drill out metal brackets holes to take the 10mm thunderbolts. Not a good experience Mr Lindsay Goodman.

When we bought our house it had a horrible, cheap nasty lopking plastic door canopy. During the first autumn part of the glazing blew away in a storm. As the saying goes, buy cheap, buy twice. After doing research I realised some suppliers don't even bother testing for UK wind and snow loads which is a joke. I was happy to find a stunning glass door canopy on the company website. After getting size and fitting advice I placed my order. Delivery happened quickly and I'm really happy with the quality of the product. It's made a huge improvement to the look of my house and knowing it's wind and snow load tested gives me confidence it will stand up to English weather.

These canopies are excellent and really well made. Service was excellent, the guys were able to paint my canopy the same colour as my windows. Installation instruction were great and everything provided.
