Bought my Pavoni Vasari last year and they have been great ever since. Fully recommend this company for coffee machines. Highly knowledgeable, friendly and fairly priced!

Asked these guys to service my Rocket Apartamento and they did a great job. Machine came back literally indistinguishable from brand new, and we got a demo thrown in which has helped us make even better coffee, plus a bag of beans! Strongly recommend to anyone.

I contacted Dancing Goat on 6th April, regarding a potential repair for my Pavoni (domestic lever) machine and was immediately reassured by Natalie on reception that they would be able to take a look at it and fix it ,subject to any parts needing to be ordered. The same afternoon, I was greeted by one of the team (Chris?) at their Wetherby base and shown into a reception / demonstration area. Ian shortly appeared, made me my first real coffee in two weeks since I had let the boiler run dry and quickly showed me how to reset my machine, should I ever let the boiler run dry again. Ian then tested the current to the boiler and pulled another (fantastic) espresso to check everything was functioning properly, answered a load of my questions, refused to take a payment for the resetting of the machine, and gave me a sample of the coffee he had just used to take with me. What had started out as a traumatic two weeks without coffee (for me and my family), turned into the most positive customer experience I think I have ever had. I have since ordered 4 bags of coffee and am eyeing up one of the Macap grinders that Ian can supply. The passion, knowledge and the warmth I experience is clearly a team thing at Dancing Goat. I wont be going anywhere else, wonderful.
