Put a deposit on a car which turned out to be in poor condition considering the price and the description. Despite numerous requests over several weeks, the deposit was not refunded and a claim had to be made through the card company. The excuse was that Kristian was not able to process the refund himself, that only the admin assistant could access his bank account. But she was on holiday!

Had to pay a deposit of 20% to hold the red merc 420 SEC. G reg Totalling 1600 00 pond. But still after weeks and weeks of waiting without an update from Kristian he eventually contacted me the week before that the car would arrive Friday before last!! It did not!!! last Friday he contacted me that the car has now arrived and it was ready!! After 10 weeks waiting I lost interest even more so as it shows a 7 week mot ticket. My point: Be aware, make sure your deposit is no more than 100.00 2) the car in question is in stock. 3) The car has a MOT longer than 7 weeks. This way you might be satisfied!!! Good luck!!!

I paid Mr Kristian Geldard (the owner of this business) a supposedly refundable deposit simply to view a car. He was very keen to take my money over the telephone by credit card. I then decided not to buy his car and requested the return of my deposit. This was 11 days ago and my deposit has still not been refunded, despite numerous requests. When questioned, Mr Geldard has offered an array of different excuses. I am now having to commence legal proceedings to recover my money.

Went to see a Renault Megane GT, Luke looked after us very well whilst there answering any questions about the car and took it for a nice long test drive. Didnt purchase because the car wasnt for me, but would not hesitate to return if I saw something more suitable.

Buyers beware. Krishnan comes across very well, however do not trust a word that he says... no scruples... economical with the truth! I purchased a very expensive classic Mercedes estate with warranty from Specialist cars in April 2021. Having spent 1,285 pounds on items approved by Krishnan, I am still waiting to be reimbursed despite numerous reassurances from Krishnan that the money had been sent "cheque in the post"... Also I would be very sceptical of his advise/expertise... various upgrades/improvements he made on the vehicle proved to be incorrect... removal of the original noisy but working fan & replacing it with a modern underpowered plastic one which resulted in overheating problems. Delaying delivery of the car, wanting to make it "perfect" Krishnan informed me he would do the tracking alignment of the vehicle... however after having some serious/dangerous steering problems on a country lane where the vehicle nearly veered into an oncoming vehicle, I had it checked out & was appalled to discover the tracking rods were seized, hadn't been touched in years. Compounded by too much play in the steering wheel, which of course he assured me was perfectly acceptable & would be adjusted prior to delivery.... I had to replace the steering box. As Krishnan would say"no problem".
