Golden Soney Ltd

Took our shed a few years ago to renovate and return. Much like the other negative review. Still waiting, being robbed off. Shocking. Steer clear.

I have used Anthony over the last few weeks to replace my Fence Panels and he provided the wood to replace my decking. The Service was at all times excellent, and where there was short delay in getting the Decking to me, this was communicated to me clearly. I would definitely use Golden Soney again in the future.

Would strongly advise against using Golden Soney LTD unless you're in the market for finding someone that does not deliver on their promises and is highly underwhelming. In the beginning Antony (Director of Golden Soney LTD) was relatively helpful, knowledgeable and would always reply to a text/phone call. However, this all changed once we had made a payment to him on the 15th of July, 2020. Once the payment had cleared Antony became a ghost. Not replying to texts or answering phone calls, frequently promising and confirming delivery dates and not showing up and always finding excuses for not delivering on his word. After about a month of watching Antony's "definite" and confirmed delivery dates go by, I've decided to write this review hoping that he would see it and deliver the rest of the order or process a refund (per request). As of the 14th of August 2020, Golden Soney LTD and Antony have made no real attempt to deliver the full product and have shown no amount of effort to getting this resolved despite us offering solutions such as picking up the wood from his yard ourselves, so that he doesn't need to deliver, this however was swiftly declined. In conclusion, I would NOT recommend Golden Soney LTD for anyone looking to get a shed built (or the materials to build a shed) as they have proven to me, through their lack of communication and accountability, that their 30 years of legacy and credibility means a whole lot of nothing.
