        I went to support my son who was taking part in a competition. It was rather cramped and not much parking. Everyone was friendly and the facilities were good.

        Amazing place to train with an atmosphere you just can't get in commercial gyms. All lifters and staff are respectful and polite. The equipment here is also unmatched, anything powerlifting related this place will have!
