Ed is everything what you would hope and expect from any tradesman you would ever deal with. He gave honest impartial advise when I called him about a rat infestation in my loft space a couple of days ago explaining he was fully booked for 2 weeks barring any cancellations and advised me to look for other service providers if it was an emergency. He called yesterday to inform me of a cancellation slot coming available today, arrived promptly at the agreed time spent over 2 hours inspecting my property, removing one dead rodent feom the loft and giving me advice on how to further protect my property to irradicate the issue in the future. All this was included in his initial inspection of my house with no charges. Ed is extremely knowledgeable in his field with years of experience behind him.
