        Been trying to get in for months, the online appointment is always full to capacity, I have rang several times and walked in asking for appointment. Can clearly see I got a skin issue, then to be told I have to use the app or if its an emergency go to hospital. I hate being thobbed off.

        Oakham surgery, Tividale waiting for results on xray! Telephone call app made for me, 22.3.23, doctors cancelled it! Rebooked for 23.3.23 didn't call me. Called me, 24.3.23 my phone rang rang twice the swines cut me off.desperate to speak about a long term health condition that is causing me horrible pain where I am struggling to walk ongoing since 2016.absolutly furious cannot take this pain much more!!!

        THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY A JOKE .BEEN THERE MANY TIMES PHONED MANY TIMES BUT NOT ME OR A MEMBER OF MY FAMILY EVER SEE A DOCTOR AND THE ONLINE SISTEM IS TERRIBLE AND TO DIFFICULT FOR ELDERLY PATIENTS.
