        Some people are quick to post negative experiences but never give praise and thanks when needed. My experience with this surgery so far has been positive, i've been able to get through to them and reception staff have always been helpful and polite. My prescription requests have always been sent on time so a big thanks to the clinical pharmacists too for sorting that.

        Sack the reception staff. The ladies. The gent was fine. Not in the correct occupation. Bring out new rules to make their lives easier. Dr. Seriously. They are bringing your business down

        Beyond a joke. The absolute worst HC service provider Ive ever experienced. Not reliable and often rude and patronising over the phone. Thats if you eventually do manage to speak to someone.
