EMDR Academy

After an assessment with a psychologist I was told CBT had limitations and he recommended EMDR, he recommended Matt to me. My first assessment with Matt, I immediately felt at ease, he was lovely and I found it much easier to open up to him. Over several sessions, I was noticing my mental health was improving a lot as we dealt with several issues. I can not recommend the EMDR Academy highly enough. The whole team are lovely. Claire and Sylwia are always happy to help and I always had a very quick response with any enquiries, and Matt, I just can't thank enough. He has changed my life and for that I will always be very grateful. Thank you!

I have just completed the EMDR training course and I would highly recommend EMDR Academy. Matt and the team are highly skilled professionals who made the whole course an interesting and rewarding experience. The training was delivered via Zoom, it ran very smoothly, the material was clear and delivered brilliantly. Both theoretical and practical aspects of the training were great. I couldn't fault them at all. I also think the training was fantastic value for money.

I have just completed the EMDR part 1-4 with the EMDR Academy, the training was excellent. I was a bit concerned prior to the training that it was all to be completed online, however none of those concerns were valid, in fact my experience of online learning for this particular course exceeded my expectations. The trainer Matt is very professional and has extensive knowledge of EMDR and this came through the online teaching. The breakout practical sessions were excellent and well supported by Matt's team. Due to learning online and being in the comfort of my own home the opportunity to process the in depth information and learning came into its own during the breaks throughout the day. I would highly recommend EMDR Academy when accessing this very accessible and powerful modality.
