        Taxi arrived half an hour late. Driver was nice but didn't seem to realise he was so late. More expensive than other taxi companies. Customer service is also awful, rang several times with no response.

        Called yesterday morning to get a price on a taxi into Tiverton from the Train Station for later that night. Once the price was confirmed I asked if I could/should book in advance as I was on the last train into Tiverton. The lady told me that there was no need to book just call them 15 minutes before I arrive and there would be one waiting for me on arrival. Called as my train was leaving Taunton and was told there was no more taxis available that night and they were all booked out for the rest of the night. As a result, I ended up having to walk 8 miles to Tiverton from the station at 11:30pm. Terrible service, will never use these again.
