They NEVER answer the phone,there's always a que and I find a couple of staff Very Rude aswell! Changing to boots.

Quite shocked that the issue of prescriptions is STILL causing problems at this pharmacy. My 92 year old mother was told there was no prescription for her and she would have to wait 10 days, where infact it was there, just hadn't been signed off. Not acceptable

The staff were really struggling because of a new computer system and possibly a new pharmacist working here but despite some pretty obnoxious customers in the queue in front of me, they kept plugging away and doing their best. My mum had run out of some essential meds and while the staff member serving did ask if I could wait until Monday I said I couldn't and they stayed on and got my order complete, even though they should have left 1/2 hour prior. I hope that they can take comfort and the face that the majority of their customers appreciate their effort in what must be continued busy times in tough conditions!
