This was the second time I'd used EPS to sort out plumbing issues in one of my rental properties and both times they have been excellent. First and foremost, they actually answer the telephone! Thereafter the service is just as efficient and customer-focussed. They were happy to liaise directly with the tenants regarding access, did excellent work at a fair price and then invoiced promptly - a landlord's dream! Happy landlord - happy tenants! I just wanted to give a review for the work I had done today. (Boiler service and gas hob check) My plumber did a great job today- he turned up on time with the company jumper on and had all the kit he needed. He then answered all my questions, taught me about gas and boilers and gas hobs. He explained things in a very clear and confident way. He even drew diagrams! He was polite and tidy and removed his shoes when going upstairs to turn on the bath. This showed consideration for my new carpets which was nice! I now feel I understand boiler safety much more.
