I recently placed a international order for the Ridgeline Monsoon classic smock with Watermans and I could not be happier. I had to contact them and they responded immediately and willing to help. On top of that the smock arrived to Canada (duty free) in 3 days! Purchase: Hoggs leather rig boots. Thanks for the helpful advice and very quick order to get my size in these boots into stock. Quality and prices are both very good indeed. As has been said by others, this is indeed a gem of a local store!

I had an epic battle to get an expensive pair of faulty and defective boots refunded. Buyer beware these people are happy to take your money and happy to tell you to get stuffed. I am disappointed as I did not feel this type of shop would treat customers that way especially when buying high-end items. Avoid avoid avoid!
