        I found Mountbatten motors when my electric window had broken and would no longer come back up and they saw me the same day. Unfortunately as cav was trying to see if he could lift the window out of the frame the window smashed but he insisted on not charging me for the window glass. He quoted me only 100 for a new window mechanism and labour. On the day the fix was not as easy as he thought and he ended up spending a lot longer on my car than anticipated but still stuck to the quote he originally gave. Fantastic service throughout, really appreciate all your help Cav. Thank you! 100% recommend. Service: General repairs & maintenance

        Really great customer experience when visiting Mountbatten Motors today. I called first thing as I was concerned about my engine overheating and they were happy to take a look at it the same day; something that other garages weren't able to offer. Kav was very knowledgable and was happy to take the time to explain a few things to me, and described what to watch out for when on the road, and was able to fix the issue very quickly and efficiently. Overall, the experience was very reassuring and relieving, as it can be rather stressful when something goes wrong with your car. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
