Winkworth Tiverton Estate Agents

I have been using Winkworth for some 12 years in letting, and to sell a property last year. They make everything run smoothly and nothing is too much trouble. I have just used the Tiverton office to let a property in Taunton, and Candice, as always is always on hand with plenty of sound advice and help. Credit on this occasion though, goes to young Ellie. She has worked really hard on show casing the house, and arranged a viewing on Monday which resulted in the property being let the following Saturday......now how is that for an impressive turnaround! Ellie has put a lot of effort in to this, and with her constant smile, cheery telephone manner, and professional approach, I am sure she has a promising career ahead of her. Both Candice and Ellie, are always on hand, and on entering the office there is always a warm welcome, and on the phone a cheerful greeting. The contract was drawn up super quick, and with all round efficiency throughout, and excellent communication. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to Winkworth for both sales and lettings. I would highly recommend this estate agent. It was our first time letting and they have made it a really easy process. I popped in by chance when walking through town and they were so friendly and helpful. They listened to what we needed and had numerous properties which would have suited. The arranging of house viewings was really easy and they went out of their way to accommodate for our preferences on timing ect when viewing the property Candiss (lettings manager) was really warm, welcoming and informative which made us feel really comfortable to properly explore the property. Winkworth have further answered any queries or questions via phone or email really quickly.

My husband and I are considering relocating from London to Devon, we were so happy to find a lovely area in devon after rather a lot of searching, this area is around Tiverton, we went to winkworths and was greeted by a lovely lady Julia, she was so kind and helpful, which has made us consider this area even more so.
