Greenslade Taylor Hunt

I am currently a tenant and this is the first time I have ever rented with my partner. From the start of the process including viewing, I have been dealt with by Chloe. To begin the process she was very professional, polite and welcoming with the viewing. She kept in contact via email through every step to help put my mind at ease. She even took time out of her day to email to advise us of little things such as the washing machine being removed or there being an extra bin. I knew exactly where we were in the process and had an email anytime there was a change such as been approved. These may seem like such little things but they really do have an impact so I am grateful for her time. Chloe was very thorough with taking photos of the whole house before we moved in which is great to have piece of mind regarding the deposit. I was also met at the property the morning of collecting the keys which again seems like such a little thing but was so so helpful in meaning that I didnt have to drive around trying to find your offices, parking, then driving back to the house especially when moving day can be very time restricted. She went through everything in detail, answered all my questions and just has been great. Even now, she is replying to my emails and queries so quickly and has resolved any issues so efficiently. I am so thankful to Chloe for making this process as easy as she could and always going the extra mile. I definitely recommend using GTH!

Although I didn't rent a property through GTH in the end, I felt the need to write a review given the incredible service received by Chloe in the Tiverton office. From arranging the viewing, the communication thereafter, the viewing itself and the feedback/aftercare, Chloe made the whole experience so easy. We were recently looking for a larger property to rent and the service we received from Greenslade Taylor Hunt was fantastic. We found a property that we loved and Chloe Russell from the Tiverton branch was absolutely brilliant during the whole process, from viewing the house to collecting the keys.
