A family run solicitors. They offer friendly but professional, organised and swift service. I've used them twice before now for conveyancing and am currently working with them for conveyancing for two more properties. Their experience is invaluable, and I wouldn't use anyone else. They even (very kindly), explain the sum what tricky language used in conveyancing, into terms understandable to the layperson. I've dealt with Rachel, Richard and Morwenna and can highly recommend them all !

I chose Hole & Pugsley because my parents had bought a house where the seller had used H&P and they were excellent. Unfortunately my experience couldn't have been further from that. I was a first time buyer, Morwenna offered no guidance, it was left down to me to figure it out. Thankfully my parents have a good amount of experience in buying houses so they could be there to help. However when you're parting with this amount of money I would have expected better service. For example - I had advised Morwenna that I was a first time buyer with a Help To Buy ISA, she forgot to inform me of the process so that I was able to claim the additional money from the government. This meant that, once again, it was down to me to ask what would happen and left me having to rush the week before completion to ensure everything was ready. Not only this, but now, 5 months after purchasing my property she has advised me that they failed to complete a form for Land Registry accurately and they've now rectified that mistake after LR raised a requisition. I would not recommend at all - unless you're happy to pay someone for a job they don't end up doing properly.

All partners within this solicitors try their ultimate best to help clients in the buying/selling of land/homes, writing of Wills, sorting Power of Attorney. Family ran and has been for many years.
