Exceptional customer service on check-in. Beautifully quiet room with no squeaky floor or other noises (room 116). Only things to be desired now is an on-site car park! (Difficult in some town centre locations, but I found a 1 car park on Sundays and Bank Holidays 3 mins walk away) and an upgrade in the regular toilet paper! Nice view from window too of grassy hill and stream. Fairly good internet reception in rooms (which is usually unusual for Premier Inn, usually have to buy the WiFi)

Another day another Premier Inn. Last night I stayed in Rhyl and the same problem here, a fire hazard because the window cannot be opened??? Outside in the corridor is a sign showing where to run??? Not helpful if the person has mobility, problems or, the fire is in the corridor I cannot begin to understand how these premises have managed to get a fire safety certificate? As a former window salesman, I would never sell a window, and it was fixed in a bedroom! And lets be fair, Im on the third floor, and if the window could open, then a firemans ladder could reach it. This problem seems to be across most of the Premier Inns Ive stayed in. Its a shame the company doesnt respond to these reviews.
