        Great place to train, the owner Kaz is fantastic and during lockdown lent out all her equipment and done live PT sessions online. A decent box to train in.

        Never in a million years did I think I'd be the type of person to work out at CrossFit but after doing the ten day free trial I was absolutely hooked. It is such a wonderful, welcoming community and everything is always scaled to my level and fitness. Kaz is an incredible trainer- supportive and understanding and truly cares about each person there, making sure they are safe and given attention and in my case, fantastic pep talks!! I thought I'd do it once or twice a week and now I'm desperate to go at least 3 times!
