Our dad died suddenly and having never dealt with organising a funeral before we were overwhelmed with where to start organising it. We googled funeral services and were drawn to countrysides lovely website which had a calm about it. We contacted Damon and saw him the next day, he was amazing from the start guiding us in a gentle way to the decisions that we needed to make and he went above and beyond to make sure we could see dad. Throughout the whole process Damon kept in contact, recommended our wonderful celebrant and a lovely flower shop. He also took into account any requests we had and made them all happen. He is clearly meant to be in this profession, to be there for people in what is usually their hardest times. Countryside Funerals have been brilliant. I can't thank Damon enough for making my Dad's funeral perfect. Damon adapted his services to our requests, understanding our needs and providing us with all we wanted and needed. Countryside funerals were fantastic. Nothing was to much trouble and we had brilliant communication from Damon from start to finish This was our first funeral to organise and We felt that the support and advice we received made the task so much easier to bare.
