5* from start to finish! Jeremy and Laura were both fantastic, super friendly, professional and efficient throughout my Invisalign treatment. Jeremy was very responsive to messages and got me in quickly whenever there was an issue. Jeremy openly listened to all of my concerns and desires for my teeth and I am absolutely amazed by the final result, I have been told I have never smiled so much! I have recently completed my Invisalign treatment at Castle View Dental Practice and cant thank Jeremy and the team enough! Ive gone from hiding my teeth whenever possible to receiving compliments on how straight they are in just 7 months. The whole team were so friendly and took the time to explain the process fully. They were also brilliant at answering all my questions. You can really tell they take pride in their work and want you to achieve the best results. If anyone has been considering Invisalign, I definitely recommend contacting Jeremy!

I approached the practice about a prominent front tooth which I thought I would never be able to correct and Invisalign was suggested. Jeremy and Laura were professional and amazing from start to finish of my journey, always there to answer questions and were so approachable with me being a nervous dental patient. After only 6 months of treatment I am finished and so pleased with the results. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you

Unfortunately, despite the actual dentist being good the one time I met one here, Ill never be back here again. The first time I came here they made me wait around 25 minutes for my appointment, despite being very early. Thats okay, things happen. For my next appointment I arrived 7 minutes late, and was told by an irate receptionist that Im too late to attend. She then proceeded to berate me. I was so shocked at her tone and felt like I was being held hostage to my fee - do I risk losing my money or do I accept being treated like this? Ok I guess, Im late thats my fault. But what was not acceptable was the absolutely disgusting attitude of the receptionist. Ive found them to be rude before on the phone but this was even worse. Be warned that here they force you to pay the FULL fee UP FRONT, and so I had to either choose to lose my money or attend an appointment after being spoken to in an absolutely unacceptable manner. The icing on the cake was when I returned hours later to attend my rebooked appointment, I then had the displeasure of watching them make an elderly disabled man go up their narrow staircase. Ill never be back, and I hope this review discourages you from attending this practice.
