Tesco Superstore

Just been into store about 13:55 to do some shopping for a dying relative and had cash. Went to a card only till accidentally, apologised and asked if they could store the transaction. The self service employee (60s, straight blondish hair), suspended the transaction as Id asked, but then told me to scan everything again myself, and walked away holding the barcode (instead of scanning it at another till to resume the transaction like she should have). She then went over to her friend (60s+ with short purpleish hair and glasses) who seemed aggravated that Id had the audacity to make a mistake, shook her head and tutted at me. Disgraceful service for such a simple fix. Transactions need to be suspended and resumed all the time, hence why you have the capacity on the till (I used to work checkouts at Tesco myself). The fact two employees would purposely decide to make my life harder to seemingly get back at me, and then gossiped about it in front of me, is quite frankly disgusting and cruel. You have no idea what people are going through. Some customer service would be nice.

Too many customers waiting for main tills. Elderly need face to face contact.
