I arranged to meet Richard to look at a car on his forecourt. I drove over an hour. I was there for around an hour, in which time I was met with a nice guy called Lewis but was clearly disgruntled about his "Boss's" lack of attendance that day. I had a look around the car and decided I wanted to px my car in for it. During this hour Richard never showed up. I arranged to meet him on another occasion (today). I double checked with him that he would be there this time before leaving. He told me that he was there. So I left and drove over an hour again to meet him and do the deal. Guess what... he wasn't there. He did not notify that he wasn't going to be there. I waited for 10/15 minutes during which time I had another inspection of the car. I then noticed some of the panel gaps weren't equal around the bonnet and the swage line on one side of the car was not in line from front quarter to the passenger door. One side of the bumper wasn't fixed securely. This indicates the car has been involved in an accident. Perhaps not a big one. But netherthless I wasn't informed about it. I also missed it when I first looked in fairness. Maybe it wasn't like it first time around. Who knows. I personally wouldn't trust this company with my car or money.
