Poor customer service. It's disappointing to report that despite asking for a house call nobody can be bothered to be man enough to say I'm sorry we are so busy that we don't want your business. So I sit and wait for the promised call and nothing happens. Oh well, your loss.

An excellent family run business, small and personal. Efficient and great communication. We had our whole house fitted with roller and venetian blinds, cannot fault.

We have had 8 Blinds fitted by this company and we are delighted with both the great products and the professional, courteous service. We would highly recommended and we will definitely use Twyford Blinds and Curtains again.

I personally work for Twyford Blinds and Curtains and we are a family based business that produces the highest quality. I am writing this post as regarding to the below comment from a "Jill Wood". As we seen this reviews and took it into our own hands to find out what had gone wrong. But going through the past 10 years of our records we have found no record regarding a customers name being "wood" as a result in this we know there has been a mix up with companies. We now own a shop in town which was previously owned by another blind company Tiverton Blinds. This is the only logically reason we can think of. Before leaving a customers house we always say that if anything is wrong please dont hesitate to give us a call so we can sort out the problem for you. Poor fitting....we can't close our blinds without the track falling out of the ceiling. Poor measurements.....blinds are totally uneven. Poor quality fabric. We have since ordered from online blind companies and received a far superior product for literally a fraction of the cost.
