        Everything is fantastic but stay far away from the immediate pay in machine, it deserves a hammer! Every time I use it it spends ages complaining that it cant recognise notes and so whats the point.

        Absolutely Brilliant!! Branch Manager Ben and Larissa were fantastic. Little hiccup with an appointment but communication was clear and all was sorted. Appointment was excellent and professional. Felt very valued by these two members of staff. Please keep up the good work! Shall be back for all my banking needs. Lloyds are definitely doing something right!!!
