        I closed my accounts with NatWest after an experience in Tiverton Branch trying to transfer a deposit on a house. The women was unhelpful, incredibly rude, and felt the need to laugh at the situation. I made a formal complaint to Natwest as a whole, to later find she had also pretended to be a manager. IMO the manager of the branch needs to leave for allowing his staff to believe that is ever acceptable, I was also told the branches response. I genuinely have never experienced such unprofessionalism and lost all trust in my money being held with NatWest.
