        I am very disappointed with this bank. I fully understand that we have all been through a difficult time and that changes have had to be made and things are different as a result BUT from a customer service point of view, I find it not only bizarre but incredibly unhelpful that when a branch closes as early as it does, there is no other facility to pay in cash and cheques. It is not always possible to get to the bank when its open and the ATM no longer accepts payments. Come on Halifax, THINK ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS who need you as much as YOU NEED US. Sadly I cant give you less than one star but Id like to.

        I am getting fed up not being able to put cheques into my account. Stupid opening hours mean I can't get to you when your open, and the app does not take the value I need to deposit, and the atm can't accept the cheques any more. What a waste of time to even have a branch. When will you be open properly again?

        Conveniently located small branch of Halifax with car parking adjacent. Many towns have had their branches closed, so glad this one has remained open, as otherwise some distance to travel to the nearest alternative locations. Staff have been helpful & friendly on our visits. Recommended to be aware of the step at the entrance, as can catch you out unexpectedly if unaware of it!
