        Michael has been marvellous in helping to get our broadband and internet connection sorted out. We live in an old house with thick cob walls and it is no mean feat trying to get a signal all around the house. However, Michael has come up with a solution which now works perfectly. His mastery and knowledge of the technical systems is second to none and he is also able to explain these systems very simply. I understood how it all works just perfectly. The job was done quickly without any fuss or mess. This is the second time Michael has worked here for us and I would not consider using anyone else in future. An enormous thank you Michael for getting us sorted out. A brilliant job and so nice to have you here doing it. Liz
