Im pretty impressed with this small dealership. Theyre customer service is outstanding, they answer emails and phone calls very promptly and are very generous working with you as a customer. I was coming from a ways away and was able to put a small deposit down so I didnt lose the vehicle I was after. They provided a ton of the past paperwork on the vehicle. And they even went above and beyond in fixing everything on the MOT alerts. I was told what I should bring to the dealership to facilitate a test drive and a hopefully quick sale. And Simon logged in and taxed my vehicle before I got behind the wheel. The vehicle was as described and he was very upfront with some of the bodywork/paint scuffs/scratches to make sure I was aware of them. It was a quick and easy experience and I would highly recommend anyone in (or out) of the area to check our their website/stock of vehicles.

Solent Vehicle Sales are excellent. Simon answered all of our questions, nothing was too much trouble and the car was prepared impeccably on the day we picked it up. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Solent Vehicle Sales.

I brought a car through Simon recently, and although the car ended up not being right for me Simon made the entire process completely stress free by returning the car for a refund. I would highly recommend buying a car through him, he has been extremely helpful and is not your typical car salesman!
