        I used ERC for a trip from Heathrow to Southampton University, after the flight I had originally planned to take into Southampton was cancelled (due to FlyBe collapsing). The driver was already waiting when I came through arrivals, even though my flight arrived early and I only had hand luggage, so we were on our way within minutes. We had an enjoyable conversation on our way south and the car (a Skoda estate) was comfortable and clean. All in all an excellent experience.
