I contacted HPC247 via email to have a look at the issue I was experiencing. Sean got back to me that morning and booked a visit in for the following day. His colleague Jason came out, and was really helpful and honest about what they could/ couldnt do to help. Jason was very knowledgeable, applied some treatment and gave me some suggestions about what I could do myself to manage the situation. Jason didnt charge me as he felt the situation would resolve itself quite soon, and actually it did so I saved myself 300! Jason also said that I could call/ email him if the situation didnt improve and I needed more advice- as I say very helpful, would definitely recommend. Service: Home inspection

Great business to work with. The day we reported having the issue they moved anything around they could to get someone out that day. Channon came round and was incredibly professional and comprehensive, he took the time to make sure he'd explained the reasoning behind everything he was doing to help us better take care of ourselves in future. Jason & the team are friendly, professional & efficient. I booked HPC after being badly let down by a different pest control company, HPC came out on the same day & sorted the issue almost immediately which gave me peace of mind & elevated the stress the situation had been causing me. They've attended on several follow up visits & have been extremely thorough when dealing with the problem.
